Magician Rips Up Homeless Vet's Sign, Gets Him Off Street

Magic? Well, sort of. A street magician in Las Vegas helped get a homeless veteran off the streets of Las Vegas, and he began by ripping up the man's battered cardboard sign asking for help. Magician Rob Anderson first performed a trick that made Army vet Alan McKracken's demolished sign rain cash, in an impressive feat committed to video, then followed up that good deed by created a GoFundMe page that has raised more than $20,000 to help give McKracken a new life. McKracken is now rooming with other vets in temporary housing, getting basic services and meals from the VA and hopeful he'll find a job.
