Bombing Suspect's Lawyers Seek Dismissal of Some Charges

Lawyers for the Boston Marathon bombing suspect are headed to court to ask a judge to dismiss some of the charges against him, according to The Associated Press. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's lawyers say many of the charges are redundant and could sway jurors. Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to a 30-count federal indictment over explosions last year's marathon, more than half of which carry the possibility of the death penalty.
