ISIS Beheading Leaves Fate Uncertain for Last Two Hostages

The beheading of Abdul-Rahman Kassig by ISIS leaves the fate of their remaining two Western hostages, one an American woman, unknown. The militant group did not threaten the life of the next hostage they intend to kill, like they have done in the past. In addition to the 26-year-old American woman, British journalist John Cantlie is also being held by ISIS. Analysts from Flashpoint Global Partners categorized ISIS' future hostage plan as something "very smart, very strategic and very deliberate,” to NBC News.
