Symon's new digs include two bedrooms over 1,500 square feet. The penthouse changed hands from one food business insider to another: Symon bought the home from London restaurateur and theater investor Laurence Isaacson. The Real Deal reports that Isaacson scooped up the place in 2006 for $2.6 million.
