Gallo picked up the live/work loft back in 2009 for $2.34 million. Not only is the guy an actor, director, singer and songwriter, but he's apparently a real estate guru as well, according to Curbed. Gallo reportedly boasts a "vast real estate portfolio" that includes other properties in the area. Well, one thing is for certain: Gallo has great taste.

The home is so large that you can truly separate the live-work spaces. Here, there's a pool table, lounge area, and a mini-photo studio. Gallo himself never really decamped to this swanky penthouse, but rented the lavish pad to Nicholas Cage.

If four floors weren't enough, the loft comes with three outdoor private terraces, all which total 3,100 square feet of outdoor living space. Here's a view of the outdoor movie theater.

The home, which is perched atop what was once the West Coast headquarters of the National Biscuit Co., boasts 360-degree views of the entire L.A. basin area. And, the home is categorized as a Los Angeles Historical-Cultural Monument meaning that residents pay a totally reduced property tax under the Mills Act. We know that phrase "reduced property tax" piqued your interest!

While the entire spread is gigantic, the home comes with a very small kitchen, so if you're looking for a luxurious chef's kitchen this probably isn't the right crib for you.

While the home has an in-house elevator, we have a feeling Nic Cage got a workout in climbing up and down all these staircases when he lived here.
