Balto the Dog Glows Blue in Bioluminescence

Last year, when bacteria from a red tide lit California’s coastline electric blue, photographer Patrick Coyne began chasing the bioluminescence down the coast. This year when it popped up again, he filmed his friend’s dog Balto playing in the waves.
