The two-story house, which was built in 1993, is nestled in the Hollywood Hills in upper Beachwood.
Ferrera showed her Broadway chops when she performed in this year's "24 Hour Musicals" at Gramercy Theatre in New York. The actress has also appeared in "Real Women Have Curves," "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," its sequel, "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2," and "The Dry Land."
America's chic home features three bedrooms.
The actress plunked down $1.415 million for the crib in April 2008 and a year later flipped it back onto the market. America may be a Golden Globe and Emmy award winning actress, but successful real estate flipper she is not.

America originally put the home onto the market in 2009 with a $1.685 million price tag. The ask has dropped considerably in two years and it's now listed at a reduced rate of $1.395 million.
America Ferrera became known nationwide as "Ugly Betty," and here, she rehearses a scene for the show in New York City. The show ended in 2010 after a three-year run, with Ferrera's character Betty Suarez starting a new job (and new life) in England as a magazine editor (and she finally ditched her thick-rimmed glasses and braces).

Ferrera seems to enjoy her status as a "curvy" girl. She's quoted as saying, "I think it's hilarious when people call Jessica Alba or Eva Longoria curvy. Come on. They'e not curvy. They're small. I'm curvy."
America's luxe master suite boasts a private balcony, two walk-in closets, a fireplace, and a gorgeous master bathroom.
