It was quick, but Aaron Rodgers did make an appearance on "Game of Thrones" Sunday night, the Green Bay Packers quarterback confirmed.
"It was just for a few seconds, but I'll always be thankful to have been on the penultimate episode of @gameofthrones #crazyepisodetonight," he wrote on Instagram.
(Warning: spoilers below)
The shocking fifth episode was filled, per usual, with plenty of death and destruction.

The day's top national and international news.
Rodgers, who had been hinting at a potential cameo for months, told Dan Patrick in an interview that if he were to appear on the show, he would want to be killed and would only do partial nudity. And it looks like he got his wish - on the death part, at least.
Considering much of Kings Landing was burned to the ground in the second-to-last episode, Rodgers' character likely didn't survive.
Though there has been no confirmation on which character Rodgers was, fans on social media have been sharing their guesses.
