Lawsuit Filed Against Saudi Prince in Sex Harassment of Women at Drug, Alcohol-Fueled Party

Three women accused a Saudi prince of sexually harassing them during a drug and alcohol-fueled party at a Beverly Hills mansion in September and the women's attorney believes there may be more victims.

The women, identified in court documents as Jane Does 1-3, accused Majed Abdulaziz Al Saud, 29, of assaulting them and forcing them to watch him involved in a sex act with a man in September.

The women in the civil case were hired to clean the house and provide food service for Al Saud and his entourage of personal assistants, butlers and security guards during a visit to Los Angeles, the lawsuit said.

Stephen Larson, an attorney for Al Saud, did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but in earlier statements to the press he called the allegations baseless.

"These allegations, brought for no other purpose than to extract money, are as baseless as they are salacious," Larson told CNN last month. "The district attorney carefully considered these claims and declined to bring any charges; we anticipate that the lawsuit will end similarly, with a finding that all of these claims are legally and factually meritless."

Van Frish, an attorney representing the women, said he believes other women at the party may have also been victimized and have not come forward.

Details about the case were spelled out in court documents filed in October in Los Angeles Superior Court. They allege emotional distress, assault and battery, false imprisonment and sexual harassment.

According to the lawsuit, Al Saud violently grabbed and pulled one of the women's hands and threatened to kill her if she didn't do everything he wanted.

At one point, he allegedly attempted to urinate either "on or around the plaintiffs" in a living room.

He jumped on Jane Doe 2 and started rubbing his body against her in a "sexual and aggressive manner," court documents claimed. When she protested, Al Saud allegedly stood up and yelled, "I am a prince and I do what I want! You are nobody!" before jumping on her again and continuing to rub his body against hers, according to the lawsuit.

Even though the women were crying and told one of Al Saud's assistants they feared for their lives, they were told they had "no choice but to provide constant service," according to court documents.

One of the women said in court documents that Al Saud ordered her to watch a man perform a sex act on him and watch as another man was "passing gas" in his face.

At another point, he ordered everyone, including housekeepers and security guards, to get naked by the pool, according to the documents.

Al Saud was arrested after a resident reported seeing a bleeding woman scream for help as she tried to scale the home's 8-foot-high wall, according to the Los Angeles Times. He was released from custody after posting bail. No felony charges were filed against him.
