The two-day NATO summit in Wales, which begins Thursday, will see leaders from 28 member nations coming together amid a swarm of world security crises, from ISIS in Iraq and Syria to extremists in Somalia. But the main topic at hand will be Russian President Vladimir Putin and his country's military incursions in neighboring Ukraine, which has suffered months of fighting between Kiev and pro-Russia rebels; a conflict that has killed more than 2,000 people. "I think this is the single most important NATO summit since the fall of the Berlin Wall," Adm. James Stavridis, a former NATO Supreme Allied Commander. "The biggest issue on the agenda is Moscow."
