A blindfolded Muslim man stood near one of the mourning sites in Paris almost a week after the deadly attack in France's capital and asked strangers for hugs.
"I'm a muslim and I'm told i'm a terrorist," the man's sign read while he stood in the Place de la République. "I trust you. Do you trust me? If yes, hug me."
Parisians embraced the man and the hugs inspired others to do the same.
Another sign read: "I am muslim but not a terrorist. We love you."
