Attorney: Haunted House Employees Did Not Harass Mother, Daughter with Sex Toys

A woman is suing Massacre Haunted House in Montgomery, claiming employees attacked and verbally harassed her and her daughter while wielding sex toys

An attorney for a haunted house attraction in a Chicago suburb is denying allegations that employees assaulted and harassed patrons.

An Oswego woman is suing the Massacre Haunted House in Montgomery, saying employees dressed as clowns and holding sex toys attacked and verbally harassed her, her daughter and three other children in October.

Defense attorney Louis Pissios said, "It never happened."

Employee Robert Keller, 23, of Algonquin is accused of poking the woman's 17-year-old daughter with a sex toy. Keller has been charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. Another employee, identified in the lawsuit as John Doe, is accused of simulating a sex act.

Pissios tells the (Arlington Heights) Daily Herald that "the court case is going to show nobody did anything wrong."

The next hearing on the lawsuit is Feb. 5 in Kane County.
