A woman was hit by a car Tuesday morning near the Friendship Heights Metro station, said D.C. police.
She was struck shortly before 9 a.m. in the 5300 block of Wisconsin Avenue NW.
Montgomery County Fire & EMS responded to the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
