A woman was grabbed and sexually assaulted early Friday evening in Fairfax County, Virginia, according to police.
Investigators said a 20-year-old woman was walking in the area of Richmond Highway near Cherwek Drive in the Lorton, Virginia, area shortly before 5 p.m. Friday. They said a man approached her from behind, grabbed her dress and sexually assaulted her.
The man fled the area. Police units and a K-9 were called in to search for the man, but they were unable to find him.
The man is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, clean-shaven with short dark hair.
The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
