Maryland State Police are investigating the death of a woman who fell in a snow-covered parking lot in Oakland.
Police say troopers responded to a parking lot for a report of a deceased victim lying in the snow.
Police say troopers identified the victim as 22-year-old Katelyn Pike.
Police believe she parked nearby, exited her vehicle and fell in the parking lot. Police say they believe she may have died from hypothermia.
The incident is still under investigation and an autopsy is pending.
