Advance ticket sales for the State Fair of Virginia will begin Aug. 3.
Organizers say attendees can save up to 38 percent on tickets by buying them in advance online. Advance-price online sales will continue through Sept. 24.
Advance tickets will also be available at Walgreens locations in Virginia, starting Aug. 25.
The fair begins Sept. 25 and runs through Oct. 4. Regular-price tickets will be available online during those dates.
