ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Montgomery County Police have charged a physical therapist with sexual assault for inappropriate physical contact at his office.
Arne De Los Reyes, 31, of Ashburn, Va., was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree sexual offense. He was released the next day on personal bond.
Police were contacted on Sept. 16 by a woman who said she had driven a patient to De Los Reyes' office at Schrier Physical Therapy in Rockville. Police say the woman told De Los Reyes that she was having lower back pain and De Los Reyes offered to treat her for free.
Police said the woman told them De Los Reyes closed the door to the examination room and engaged in inappropriate physical contact with the victim.
