COP CAUGHT WITH POT
Steven Wesley Spoonire, a 16-year veteran with the Maryland State Police, pleaded guilty today to possessing marijuana.
Spoonire, 36, of Union Bridge, entered an Alford plea of guilt to the charge four days before he was set to go on trial in Frederick County Circuit Court.
