Is your favorite team playing tonight? Sit down in front of any of the 95 flat screen televisions in Tap and enjoy a burger and a beer while you're at it. The sports bar will be serving local and seasonal craft beers, and it overlooks the D.C. skyline and the Potomac -- definitely scenic.
