Dapper Bandit Suspect Arrested in NY

FBI searched Virginia for suspect

A bank robbery suspect the FBI had sought in Virginia was found in New York Tuesday.

Dana Connor was wanted in 10 New York City bank robberies since Sept. 21. FBI and police arrested him without incident about 12:45 p.m.

The robber was nicknamed the Dapper Bandit because surveillance cameras caught him wearing fine white shirts paired with an overcoat.

Authorities believed he might have been commuting between New York and a hideout in Virginia.
