Prince George's County Police are looking for a 20-year-old Isiah Tyrek Bogan in connection with the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl at a Forestville apartment building.
Surveillance video showed the man police say attacked a girl in a Forestville, Maryland, apartment building hallway Wednesday morning.
A man followed the girl into an elevator in the Brooks Drive building last week, investigators said. When she got off the elevator, the man forced her to the ground and sexually assaulted her, then ran from the scene.
A tipster identified the man as Bogan.
He is described as African-American, 5-feet-4-inches tall, with shoulder-length dreadlocks and several tattoos, including a star on each shoulder and the word "Blessed" across his neck.
Bogan is charged with with several sex offenses, second-degree assault and additional charges.
