A suspect has been arrested in a fatal shooting that happened inside an Anacostia barbershop earlier this month.
D.C. police arrested Dalonta Jackson, 22, on Saturday. Jackson, of Southeast D.C., is charged with second degree murder while armed, they said.
The victim, 22-year-old Andre Broadie of Northeast D.C., was fatally shot July 10 inside New Creation Hair Salon Plus in the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE.
Officers rushed inside after hearing gunshots and found Broadie, who had been shot multiple times. He died at the scene.
