A Sterling, Virginia, man was arrested Thursday in connection with a murder-for-hire plot after allegedly contacting someone to kill his ex-wife.
Loudoun County Sheriff's deputies found out Dallas Brumback, Jr., 35, began plotting to have his ex-wife murdered in November.
Brumback is behind bars without bond, facing a charge of attempted capital murder.
