As the District continues to dig itself out of the aftermath of Blizzard 2010, parts 1 and 2, the snow removal can't happen fast enough.
Many streets are still restricted to one lane due to mounds of snow filling the lanes closest to the sidewalk, there are plenty of sidewalks that continue to be impassable -- forcing pedestrians to take to the walking in the road, and the back-and-forth temperatures this winter have conspired to create a sudden profusion of potholes.
