Snow Squalls Moving Through DC Area

Snow squalls will move across north-central Maryland, northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C., metro early Saturday morning.

Heavy snow is expected in these snow squalls and may quickly reduce visibilities. A quick half inch of snow can be expected through the morning.

The winds are expected to be strong and gusty with wind chills near or below zero.
