A man flagged down a driver Tuesday morning after being shot, but police say they have little information on what led up to the incident.
The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered a single gunshot wound to the right leg and is expected to survive. He flagged down a driver in the 900 block of Hungerford Drive in Rockville.
For an unknown reason, the driver drove him to Montgomery College's nearby Rockville campus and called 911 about 10 a.m.
Police said they are not sure why he was shot, but they believe the shooting was an isolated incident.
