Five people, including one student, have minor injuries after a school bus overturned Thursday afternoon in Waldorf, Maryland, officials say.
A dramatic photo shows the bus tipped onto the driver's side.
The bus crashed at Bryantown Road and Hunter Hill Place. An emergency call was placed about 3:30 p.m., a Charles County fire department representative said.
On board the bus, one student, an attendant and the bus driver received minor injuries. Two people in a car also received minor injuries.
Information was not available immediately on how the crash occurred.
Light snow began to fall in the D.C. area earlier in the day.
