  • Proceed on Constitution Avenue, NW
  • Disband between 18th and 23rd streets, on Constitution and Virginia avenues NW.

Overall, road closures will begin at about 1 p.m. and last until about 5 p.m. from 7th Street and Constitution Avenue NW to 23rd Street and Constitution Avenue NW.

Motorists traveling in the area of this event may experience delays and should consider alternative routes, if possible.
