Republicans in D.C. Say Some are Not Receiving Absentee Ballots

The D.C. Republican Committee says some registered Republicans living in the District still have not received requested absentee ballots. The committee's executive director, Paul Craney, says time is running out for some District Republicans that were hoping to cast absentee votes. Craney says he chalks the problem up to incompetence and not partisanship.
