Prince George's County police are investigating two homicides from overnight Tuesday.
Both happened within blocks of each other near the New Carrollton Metro stop.
The first incident happened along 85th Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. When officers arrived, they found a man laying on the ground. Authorities have yet to say how the victim died.
An ambulance on the way to that scene came across another body, near Garrison Road and 78th Avenue.
Investigators have not immediately connected the two crimes.
