The Potomac Nationals baseball team is seeking more than 100 part-time employees at its job fair Feb. 28 at Pfitzner Stadium. The event is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. and end at 7 p.m.

The Northern Virginia-based minor league team will hire employees to work on gamedays during the season, which begins April 5. The season will, at the earliest, end Aug. 30. If the team earns a playoff spot, employees would also be asked to work those games. Postseason contests are scheduled during the first two weeks of September.

Employees could also be responsible for working other events the team hosts, according to a news release.

Jobs in concessions, stadium operations and ticketing will be available. Team officials will conduct interviews on-site on a first come, first serve basis.

Applications will be available at the fair but can be downloaded at potomacnationals.com and completed ahead of time. Interested applicants who can’t attend the fair can pick up the required paperwork between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from the team’s front office in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Most games between Monday and Saturday begin between 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. On Sundays, games begin at 1:05 p.m. Employees across departments are required to arrive at the stadium several hours before games are scheduled to begin.
