Maryland State Police say a Walkersville woman died after she fell from a moving vehicle on a highway in Frederick County.
Police received a report of a passenger opening the door and exiting a southbound vehicle on southbound U.S. Route 15 near Thurmont on Sunday night. The woman, identified by police as 21-year-old Hilary Divelbliss, was flown to Meritus Medical Center, where police say she died on Monday.
It's not clear whether Divelbliss jumped, fell or was pushed.
