Alexandria police say a woman was raped last weekend after she attended a party at a bar.
According to a news release, the incident was reported Aug. 31 between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the 100 block of S. Reynolds Street.
The victim, a 43-year-old woman, said she went to a party at a bar on Reynolds Street, and was later raped by a stranger in that same location.
Police released a surveillance image of a man who was seen in the company of the victim that evening. If you have any information, call police at 703-746-6711.
