GAINESVILLE, Va. -- With mounted patrols, K-9 units and air assistance from Virginia State Police, Prince William County police officers searched for and found a missing 12-year-old girl with special needs.
Ashley Breanna Mosley ran away from Bull Run Middle School in Gainesville before 10:30 a.m. Friday, police said.
She was found safe near a golf course Friday afternoon. A citizen found her and contacted police.
