A 43-year-old Southeast man has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a woman he was in a relationship with.
According to Prince George's County Police, the body of 43-year-old Tamu Bynum was found inside her Suitland home around 7 p.m. Sunday. She was pronounced dead on scene.
Police say prior to her death, Bynum had gotten into a fight with her boyfriend, Devin J. Wooten. The fight escalated, and that's when police say he shot her.
The next day, Bynum turned himself in to police and was charged with second-degree murder.
