Police: 10 Juveniles Assaulted Woman in D.C.; 4 Arrests Made

D.C. police have arrested four of the 10 minors suspected for assaulting a woman near a busy Metro station last month.

Police released few details except to say that about 10 juveniles assaulted the woman near the Columbia Heights Metro station just before 7 p.m. on Jan. 22.

Police made their first arrest in the case on Jan. 30, charging a male juvenile with assault with significant bodily injury. Three more arrests came on Monday, when three female juveniles were charged with assault with significant bodily injury and mayhem.

On Wednesday, police say the boy they'd first arrested Jan. 30 was arrested again and charged in an unconnected robbery.

Police are still trying to track down the other minors involved in last month's assault.
