A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash late Thursday in the Fair Lakes area of Fairfax, Virginia.
Someone witnessed the crash about 11 p.m. and called 911. Crews responded to the 12500 block of Fair Lakes Circle.
Fairfax County Police say the striking vehicle may have been a red Hyundai sedan with front-end damage. They are searching for the car and driver.
Police have not yet released any information on the victim.
