A pedestrian is in critical condition Monday morning after being stuck by a vehicle in Arlington, county police said.
The man was struck just after 7 a.m. on Columbia Pike at Queen Street.
The striking vehicle remained on the scene.
The southbound ramp to Interstate 395 was closed after the crash but has since reopened.
