D.C. police are on the lookout for a knife-wielding man wanted for attacking a woman in Northwest Saturday evening.
Police say a woman was walking in the area of Oliver Street and Western Avenue NW around 11:30 p.m. when a man carrying a knife approached her, and tried to take her clothes off. The woman was able to flee from the scene and call police.
He's described as a black man in his 30s, who was wearing a dark hat, one black shoe and one white shoe, dark gloves, a white long-sleeved button down shirt and dark pants at the time of the incident.
