PD: Man Wanted for Shooting at Ex-Girlfriend's Arlington Apartment

A North Arlington apartment building was riddled with bullets last weekend after a disgruntled man fired four shots at his ex-girlfriend’s residence.

Late Sunday night, police said 23-year-old Jeffrey Gaskins tried to kick in the apartment’s front door, located about a block behind Glebe Elementary School. When that proved unsuccessful, Gaskins went to the back of the building and fired four shots into the house, police said. Two young children were inside at the time.

Gaskins fled the scene and is now wanted for multiple charges, including four counts of attempted malicious shooting and one count of attempted burglary with the intent to commit murder.
