Police say a 28-year-old woman jogging in the area of Old Receiver Road Thursday evening was grabbed by a stranger.
The incident was reported just after 6 p.m. in Frederick. The victim told police she was running iwth her dog, when a stranger grabbed her from behind. She said her dog helped knock over the suspect, who then fled the scene.
The woman went uninjured, and the suspect is described as a white man approximately 30 to 37 years old, standing 6 feet with a medium build.
