One person was killed in an single-vehicle accident in northeast Washington Sunday morning, authorities said.
According to police, the driver hit a parked car and overturned on Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue at 44th Street NE around 9:30 a.m.
The victim died on impact.
The cause of the accident is not known at this time.
