Woman Found Dead Inside Virginia Hotel Room, Suspect Arrested

A man has been arrested after a woman was found killed inside a hotel room in Crystal City Sunday morning, police say.

Arlington County Police said officers responded to a hotel in the 1700 block of Jefferson Davis Highway about 9:40 a.m. and found 20-year-old Natasha Rivera, of Stafford, Virginia, dead inside the room.

Officers arrested 24-year-old Rodolfo Rivera at the scene. Rodolfo Rivera was charged with murder and is being held without bond, police said.

Police called the death a "domestic-related homicide."

A medical examiner will determine Natasha Rivera's cause of death.
