New Video Shows NE Shooting; Police Seeking Tips

A 29-year-old man was killed and three others were hurt in the shooting

Police are hoping someone can help them identify two people and a car that they say were involved in a fatal shooting in northeast D.C. Thursday.

The two gunmen can be seen on the video firing in the parking lot of a gas station in the 3400 block of 18th Street at about 7:40 p.m.

Officers found four men with gunshot wounds.

Jarvis Belle, 29, sustained life-threatening gunshots and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The three other victims' injuries were not life-threatening.

"It made me very angry," Belle's mother, Lisa Belle, said of the surveillance video.
