Ollie the missing bobcat has been found and is spending a few days in the hospital to ensure she recovers properly.

Animal care staff identified female bobcat Ollie via a transponder chip. The transponder was not a tracking device, so they weren't able to use it to find her while she was in the wild. The zoo uses the chips for identification purposes only.

Zoo veterinarian James Steeil performs a complete physical exam on Ollie while she was under anesthesia. Vets evaluated her body condition and gave her a series of feline booster shots, including a rabies booster. Overall, Ollie appeared to be in good health, the zoo said.
