Police say an Amber Alert for a 20-month-old West Virginia boy was cancelled after the toddler and his alleged abductor were found in Haymarket, Virginia.
Virginia State Police found Jaxon Patel in Haymarket just after 11 p.m. Thursday, several media outlets report.
Patel hadn't been seen since Tuesday. Investigators say Patel was in the care of his grandmother when a man claiming to be his father said he was going to bring Patel back to his mother.
The man, identified by police as Aaron Taylor, is now in police custody.
