UPDATE: A 20-year-old woman and her 2-month old daughter have been found safe after they didn't come home from a doctor's appointment, police say.
Kelsey Deluan Lewis and her daughter, Alana Greene, were last seen at 1 p.m. Tuesday at a doctor's office in Clarksburg, Maryland. Police say the mother and daughter did not return to their home in the Damascus area, and family members were not been able to contact Lewis.
Police said late Wednesday afternoon that Lewis and Greene had been found safe and unharmed.
