WASHINGTON -- District of Columbia police arrested a 17-year-old Maryland boy in connection with a September slaying.
Officers arrested Ricky Donaldson, of Fort Washington, on Friday, charging him as an adult with first-degree murder in the Sept. 13 shooting of Deloris Persha, police said.
Authorities found the 44-year-old Persha with several gunshot wounds on V Street in northwest D.C. She died at a hospital five days later.
