Fairfax County, Virginia, police said they have a man in custody who was arrested in connection with a sexual assault in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Darren Samuel Robinson, 23, was spotted at the Huntington Metro Station and taken into custody by Metro Transit police. He was transferred to Fairfax County, pending extradition to Prince George’s County.
Prince George’s County police said Robinson broke into a woman’s apartment in New Carrollton, Maryland, on the morning of Sept. 11. They said the suspect sexually assaulted the woman and stole several items from her home before running out.
