While no one in our area won the Powerball jackpot worth $245 million, someone in Maryland did match five numbers. That’s worth $200,000.
The numbers are: 12, 39, 14, 46, 34 and the Powerball is 36.
One person in Connecticut matched all six numbers correctly.
The game's jackpot had gone without a top winner since September 14th, growing with each rollover. As a result of last night's win, Saturday's jackpot now resets to $20 million.
